Shipping

Pillows are made to order and take up to 2 weeks to complete. Orders will ship out as soon as they are ready but please allow 2-6 business days for shipping.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS, picking whichever method is fastest. If you have special shipping instructions, please email help@touchyfeely.studio and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Returns / Exchanges

Because pillows are made to order, Touchy Feely Studio does not accept returns at this time.

If you would like to swap your pillow for another, please email help@touchyfeely.studio.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of when your shipment was received. Once we've received your request we will generate a return label for you to send back your pillow.

If you believe your pillow is faulty or defective due to a mistake on our part, please email us a picture and we will follow up with next steps. We will likely send a replacement or grant a refund on a case by case basis.
