Store Policy


Pillows are made to order and take up to 2 weeks to complete. Orders will ship out as soon as they are ready but please allow 2-6 business days for shipping.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow along.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS, picking whichever method is fastest. If you have special shipping instructions, please email and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Returns / Exchanges

Because pillows are made to order, Touchy Feely Studio does not accept returns at this time.

If you would like to swap your pillow for another, please email

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of when your shipment was received. Once we've received your request we will generate a return label for you to send back your pillow.

If you believe your pillow is faulty or defective due to a mistake on our part, please email us a picture and we will follow up with next steps. We will likely send a replacement or grant a refund on a case by case basis.
